Every month we put the names of all the practices who send referrals in to us from that month into a ‘hat’ and draw one to win a luxury hamper.
We started this in September and that month it was won by Collingham Vets. October’s draw found Lincoln Edge Vets being the lucky recipients.
This draw is free to enter, and the terms and conditions are below.
The contents of the hamper will change every month depending on the whim of our Practice Manager, Rachael. They will always contain something gluten free and something vegan but will have lots for your team to share.
Gainsborough Referrals would not exist without the support and teamwork involved with the first opinion practices and hospitals that we work with. We greatly appreciate the efforts you all put in and we just want to say thank you in a small but tasty way.
Terms & Conditions – Monthly Luxury Hamper Prize Draw
Promoter: Gainsborough Referrals (Lincolnshire VT Specialists Ltd), Trinity House, rear of 124 Trinity Street, Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, DN21 5NQ Eligibility- Open to UK veterinary practices and veterinary surgeons aged 18 or over. Employees of Gainsborough Referrals and their immediate families are excluded. How to Enter-Each veterinary practice making a referral to Gainsborough Referrals during the calendar month will receive one entry into that month’s draw. Alternatively, entry can be made without making a referral by sending your name, practice name, and contact details to: Monthly Luxury Hamper Prize Draw, Gainsborough Referrals, (Lincolnshire VT Specialists Ltd), Trinity House, rear of 124 Trinity Street, Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, DN21 5NQ Entries must be received by the last day of the month. Only one entry per practice per month is permitted, regardless of the number of referrals. Prize- One hamper will be awarded each month. Contents may vary. No cash alternative is available. Draw and Winner Notification- The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received by the closing date. The draw will take place within 7 days of the end of each month. The winner will be contacted directly using the details provided. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, a new winner may be selected. Publicity- The winning practice’s name may be published on Gainsborough Referrals’ website and/or social media, unless the winner requests otherwise. Data Protection- Personal data provided will only be used for administering the prize draw and will not be shared with third parties. General- The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the prize draw at any time in the event of circumstances outside its control. Entry into the draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
